Small automotive repair shop looking for a Shop Porter.
This is a full time job Mon-Fri 8-hour day, but must be available for overtime 7:30am – 6pm, and flex off when shop is slow (although currently, slow days are rare).
We focus on customer service, so you must be very friendly and attentive to our customers needs.
Typical Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Wash cars
Drive customers to work (must have good driving record)
Clean shop, sweep, mop, clean bathroom and hose down walkway
Keep track of and purchase shop supplies
Park cars and arrange parking lot
Drop off cars at tire shop and walk back 2 blocks
This position pays $10 an hour.
Must be able to lift 40lbs
Must be able to handle fumes and car exhaust
No illegal Drugs or Smoking
