OVERVIEW:
Enthusiastically cleans and maintains Laundry, Locker Rooms and Facility. Oversee Laundry, Locker Room and Facility attendants and consistently exemplify the highest level of personalized member service with a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Restock all vanity and paper supplies in locker rooms and other facility bathrooms as needed.
-Vacuum carpet and dry floors.
-Perform daily walkthroughs in all areas of club and alert manager of areas needing special attention.
-Work with Laundry, Locker Room and Facility attendants. Determine areas of low coverage and assist as needed including breaks.
-Follow all locker room, department and club procedures.
MEMBER SERVICE
-Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.
-Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member service while maintaining positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude.
-Support staff in the enforcement of all member rules and regulations.
-Demonstrate understanding of all points outlined in the Company Member Service Principles.
-Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by the Club.
-Demonstrate awareness of the importance of membership sales and member retention.
