Busy maintenance / construction company looking for a real handy man, experienced in apartment maintenance & rent ready turnovers.

Must be good at plumbing repairs : snake drains, replace faucet valves, etc.
Ability to perform sheetrock / plaster repairs, painting, light carpentry, minor electrical, and complete cleaning of units to make ready for rental.

Valid CA drivers license, insurance, truck or van & tools required.

Must be available for occasional emergency work. ( premium pay )
