Professional senior contract recruiter needed for 3-6 months.
Job Summary: Recruit candidates, schedule, interview and build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions across all functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment.
- Conduct phone screens, onsite interviews, reference checks, verbal and written offers for all candidates.
- Provide proactive support to hiring managers.
- Have strong recruiting techniques including: direct sourcing, search engines, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for selection to the hiring manager.
- Work with human resources, hiring managers and interview teams to coordinate and execute recruitment process
- Provide status and progress updates regularly of all recruitment assignments.
Education/Qualification/Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years previous experience recruiting
-Experience within internet and technical recruiting
-Experience with applicant tracking system.
-Computer skills including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
-Detail oriented.
-Strong organizational skills
-Able to handle confidential information
