The HR Coordinator role is a critical part of the HR team in partnering with the agency to create a positive and fun culture in a constantly changing and dynamic environment. The HR team partners closely to ensure HR strategies are closely aligned with the business strategy. We are in search of an individual who is smart, ambitious and actively shares insights and ideas.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support HR Managers in defining, developing and implementing HR programs
• Support HR delivery of communication, deployment and completion of performance management
• Manages HRIS by Partnering with corporate payroll and HR managers to enter employee actions and process semi-monthly payroll and overtime
• Recruiting: Schedule interviews, arrange travel and communicate logistics. Responsible for candidate experience during the interview process. Maintain, update and track candidates tracking system. Administer and attend college recruiting events.
• Perform administrative functions such as maintaining employee files and creating new hire binders.
• Create HR Metrics using HR System and Recruiting Database to provide analysis and insights.
• Partner with HR Managers on educating employees on Benefits and fielding questions
• Partner with Finance to track PTO and set up employee in Finance systems
• Assist with compliance of state and federal laws, company policy and communication
• Participate in team strategy sessions by contributing creative and innovative ideas
• Partner with HR Managers to provide broad HR knowledge and skills for high level assistance
• Assist in the onboarding of new hires

Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills; ability to build relationships and trust
• Self-starter with ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Confidentiality, diplomacy and a high degree of professionalism is required
• Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimal direction
• Someone who can have fun!
• 1 – 2 years of HR experience preferred.
