Global consulting firm has an immediate opportunity for a seasoned, mature-minded professional to oversee all direct recruiting efforts as the firm’s Recruiting Coordinator. Working alongside a dynamic team of professionals, the Recruiting Coordinator will utilize their meticulous organizational skills to expedite high priority projects and manage a wide array of responsibilities. Core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, supervising the recruiting team and providing input into HR decisions, managing the daily recruiting calendar and interview processes, handling all HR “on boarding” activity, liaising with key contacts to coordinate logistical details for campus recruiting activities, and planning and executing all recruitment events and interviews. This is a demanding and fast-paced position that requires a highly motivated and resourceful individual who enjoys the challenges of the recruitment process and thrives in a deadline driven environment.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience, or 2+ years related/consulting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Background in Consulting or Law.
- Recruiting or HR experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain poised under pressure.
- Strong time management skills to meet critical deadlines for high priority projects.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be flexible to work overtime during peak recruiting season and be able to attend key evening and weekend events. Some travel required.
