Responsibilities Include:
• Source, interview and make hiring recommendations
• Communicate and interact with hiring managers
• Conduct background and reference checks
Required Skills and Education Include:
• 5 plus years recruiting experience preferably in a mid to large size company
• Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B. S.) desired
• Experience with a multi-location employer desired
• Good interpersonal capabilities along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Some travel required
