Zynga is looking for a results-driven Technical Recruiting Specialist with experience working in a high volume environment, who can hit the ground running with little ramp-up time. Responsibilities:
• Manages the full life cycle recruiting of technical hires (Software Engineers, Flash Engineers, Product Managers, UI Designers, Artists)
• Sources and recruits technical candidates, and contacts different sources to broaden the base of candidates
• Thoroughly evaluates technical candidates to check personal qualifications against job requirements
• Builds captivating job descriptions with hiring teams
• Provides aggressive hiring plans and build confidence and credibility with client teams
• Works with client teams on a daily basis to provide impeccable customer service
• Sets expectations with client teams and provides a “consultative approach” to recruiting
Required Skills:
• BA required
• No more than 4 years of full cycle technical recruiting (ideally 1-4 years of recruiting experience)
• Proven experience successfully filling technical positions and recruiting in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting in the consumer web space required
• Strong “consultative skills” and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and multitask
• Very high attention to detail imperative
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Professional, polished & positive demeanor
