I am looking for my own studio apartment/share apartment/house/room I am currently living in residential weekly hotels set ups but looking for my own place. I receive fixed permanent monthly SSDI benefits permanent of $1682.00 a month and price range 600-800 total is within my budget. I have just moved in in another hotel this week and paid through the 23rd move out. I am financially limited the deposit is an issue. I get paid around 29th ( I think will be 27th this month) I can pay the rent then. I am staying in SOMA now on 5th and Folsom and need a place. I set up the storage and truck for the 23rd to make sure my stuff is secure and as for me will more likelydo dorm type place for a week or so till I have the money. I can come up with $100.00 tops from the 23rd to 29th so I don't have to do in-between storage and dorm.

I am very artistic and a writer currently in production. I am writing more and need my own place as opposed to the residential hotels I have been doing. I am open to sharing a flat or house, I am 37 gay man. I love the company and privacy, I can cook, I love movies, books, art, music, wine, smoker but can go outside if that is the rule. I'm an older grad student at SFSU seeking the MA degree in Philosophy just a few years shy of the big Five-Oh (as in OMG!). Currently unemployed due to being fairly recently laid-off but fully funded by federal student loans (documentation of which I can provide) for tuition and housing. We have put a lot of good energy into making our home special but it has developed a very serious mold problem due to plumbing issues. Although the landlord is trying to resolve the plumbing problem, the building is very old and we are not sure what it will take to clean up the mold. We are very concerned about our health, especially the health of our young children and feel it is best to move on.

I had been living in the Civic Center area (Fox Plaza, to be exact) for one year with 2 roommates (father and his daughter); but, my roommate�s partner, who lived in Atlanta, found a job in the city and moved in. It's a beautiful, well made home on wheels 8' by 20' and has a delightful little doggie door so my two little Havana Silk Dogs can go out onto the porch and down into a fenced in area to get some fresh air and sunshine. I have found mobile home parks that will accept the house or the dogs, but not both, so I'm still looking. I'd like to stay at $750 or less and within an hour's drive of San Francisco.

Online advertising professional moving to SF in mid-late December for work desperately hunting for that great space to live/work in. I currently live in Seattle but as my client base is in SF and I currently come down twice a month for meetings and such, I'm making the move to make things easier on my company and myself. I plan on working from home.

I've looked at about half a dozen different urban loft type spaces in SOMA over the last month or so on various trips and have yet to fine "the one" that has the combination of what I'm looking for. I'm big into the urban/hip/loft design and while I've found a couple of places that have piqued my interest, I haven't pulled the trigger due to having the luxury of time -- which is starting expire quickly. I'll be in town this Thursday and Friday and have some time set aside (mostly Thursday) to pop around to different locations. I'd like to close the deal on something soon so I can start planning my move.

My ideal space has a lot of light, open feeling, urban design, and close to transportation and access to Financial District/Ad Agency Gulch. I like the idea of a loft feel because I can separate into living and work spaces as I see fit. Of course I'd also like to have parking and washer/dryer in my unit, but am willing to make concessions on those fronts if the space itself is something I feel fits. The only must: high-speed internet access available (wiring must be in place),

About me: I'm a long-time media ad sales guy who has settled into a nice career. Sociable and fun, yet old enough to know I'm certainly not going to be throwing any $.25 keg parties anymore. If you think you may have something to fit my budget $2000-$2500 and time to show it to me on Thursday or Friday (preferably Thursday), please get in touch! I know everyone else does too so please don't bother to send hate mail since you have nothing else to do with your time! I live with my fiance and my indoor cat in the sunset and it's not horrible except for the fact that I live below a newborn and twin girls and their parents. It is very loud and I need to study and relax when I'm at home from my two jobs and school!! Why is it so hard for me to find a place to live that will take two people and a cat. I am an obsesive cleaner and like I said, we need quiet, so its not like we're partying every night! We have limited money but the money we do have goes to our rent and bills. My girlfriend and I will be visiting San Francisco this December 21-28th from Chicago and are looking for some reasonably priced housing during that time. Hotels can be pricey and as we are both graduate students, this would be a sensible alternative. We are responsible, clean and honest people who would use the housing basically just for sleeping. We would be out sightseeing during the day. We won't need any favors, rides, food, directions or any other assistance from you while there.
