A very loving family is looking for a bright, motivated individual to work with a 7 year old Autistic boy and to join their team in New Delhi, India. The candidate should be able to relocate to India for a minimum of 12 months and should possess a master’s degree in psychology or special education. The candidate is required to have an Applied Behavior Analysis background and should have or be in the process of getting a BCBA certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take daily data
• Implement appropriate behavior, occupational therapy, and speech protocols
• Graph daily data
• Run programs accordingly
• Ongoing communication with family and staff from McCarton Center in the United States via email and telephone call conferences
• Maintenance of binder encompassing daily data
• Gathering and making new materials used for programs
