The Epi Center Med Spa, established in 1998 as the first medical spa concept to open in the US, is a clinical skin care center and the medical office of world renowned dermatologist Patrick Bitter Sr., MD and San Francisco plastic surgeon Scott W. Mosser, MD. We provide Laser Hair Removal, PhotoFacial (IPL Skin Rejuvenation treatments), Botox, Restylane, Vein Treatments, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Signature Skin Correction Treatments and Permanent Make Up. We are looking for an aesthetician to join our team of 11 skilled medical professionals. Responsibilities of position include:
• Perform patient treatments for Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Obagi, clinical and organic facials
• Perform cosmetic consultations
• Educate patients on Pre and post treatment requirements
• Educate patients on skin care products
Candidate must meet the following requirements:
• Current California Aesthetician License
• 2-3 years experience as a practicing aesthetician, performing Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Obagi, etc
• Previous experience in a cosmetic office setting
• Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is comfortable both taking and giving direction
• Must love working with people
• Have the ability to learn sometimes complex issues of cosmetic procedures and be able to interpret them in a way patients can understand
