Busy San Francisco full-service hotel seeks an experienced, energetic and knowledgeable Food and Beverage Manager to join its team!
Job Description:
- Assist the Food and Beverage Director with the management, direction and organization of the restaurant and banquet operations to maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
- May be responsible for staffing, scheduling and training of staff.
- Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
Job Requirements:
- College degree and minimum of 5 years experience in Food & Beverage Management and/or hospitality management.
- Supervisory and banquet service experience required.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work weekends and nights.
- Union experience preferred.
- Schedule will vary according to operating needs, but will include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
