I am a Hip Hop artist and songwriter based in SOCALwith a following in the Bay area in need of a venue to hold my record releas party/show.

The prefered venue would be more of a bar/lounge as opposed to a club but am open to either.
Must have a bar and stage or dj booth to set up, and an area to sell CD's and merch. Need at least 30 min. stagetime and we can also provide openers if necessary.
I can provide my own dj or use the in house dj if prefered or both. As far as compensation I'd like to either work out a pre-sale or a door cut.
I can bring in a decent sized crowd for this event and have it promoted properly. We will be working directly with local promoters, Radio, etc. to ensure the success of this event.
If you can't do a door or pre sale type event I am open to just having a venue to hold this event long as it is not a pay to play situation however, if that is your offer then send details on venue cost and dates please must be a weekend.
