The Henne Group, a market research company specializing mostly in medical and social research, is currently seeking motivated people to join our friendly staff of telephone interviewers for short-term projects.
This is not a sales or collection position. We do telephone surveys on a number of interesting topics.
We are looking for Asian bilingual interviewers. Bilingual interviewers must speak English fluently enough to be clearly understood on the telephone along with one of the following languages:
• Korean
• Vietnamese
• Cantonese
• Mandarin
Available Shifts
3:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Mon - Fri)
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday)
2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Sunday)
This position is part-time and project-based. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for all shifts to cover up to 20 hours per week to start. There is the possibility of picking up more shifts in the future.
Our company is located on New Montgomery Street, close to public transportation.

• Professional and courteous telephone demeanor. Previous call center or telephone experience is a plus.
• Excellent bi-lingual reading and writing skills. (The ability to read out loud and at a conversational pace and recording survey answers in the language of the interviewee is a must for this position.)
• An exemplary work ethic.
• Technical knowledge of computers, especially survey software is desirable, although not mandatory for employment.
