Customer Service Representative / Forum Moderator SF Bay Area
The customer service rep. provides service to Albelli’s customers. Albelli is an international company, totally committed to offer great photo books, easily made online. We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE responsible for our communication with our customer’s through emailing and forum moderation.
You have the option to work from home.
Tasks and responsibilities
• First line of support for our customers, helping them with their specific needs
• Forum moderation
• Document all customer interactions and issues in our contact management system.
• Persistent follow-up with any outstanding customer issues
• Efficient in responding to emails
• Ability to handle additional tasks & projects when needed
Profile of the ideal candidate
• You are a Customer service professional
• You are willing to contribute extra when things don’t go according to plan
• 2+ years of experience with customer service in an internet environment
• Passion to help customers
Key skills
•University degree or equivalent
•Typing speed of 45 wpm and 100% accuracy.
•Must have great communication skills and the ability to work independently
Helpful skills
• Knowledge of photo related solutions
• Microsoft office
