RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with our payment processors to escalated payment issues
- Look for ways to automate common issues through technology solutions
- Work with customers on escalated issues to ensure resolution
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- BA/BS/MS or similar, from a competitive institution
- Previous Customer Service experience helpful; phone skills a must.
- Retail experience preferred (Online or Offline).
- Self-motivated, always seeking to improve everything around you.
- Great multi-tasker; you can spin ten plates at once!
