Practice Fusion, the fastest growing electronic health record (EHR) community in the county, is looking for an enthusiastic member to join our support team. Practice Fusion is a dynamic start-up based in San Francisco and backed by Salesforce.com. We’re working on switching every doctor in the country from paper charts to computerized systems; cutting healthcare costs and saving lives along the way.
POSITION: Junior-level support role focused on training and aiding doctors and medical practices with Practice Fusion’s free, web-based, Practice Fusion health record system.
Experience matters less to us than personality. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable and professional. This could be a great first job after college and provides ample opportunity for moving into different areas of the business over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a group of inbound basic user support issues from medical practitioners who have signed up for a Practice Fusion account
• Answer inbound/outbound phone calls, gather more information about potential customer, documenting their needs, objections, questions and issues with Electronic Health Record implementation
• Pitch leads on the benefits of the Practice Fusion System
• Thoroughly document questions and answers in Salesforce CRM system
• Conduct live training demonstrations (basic and advanced), to groups and individuals via web conference
• Work closely with medical professionals to receive, research and document requested features
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Friendly and professional on the phone
• Strong organization, documentation and communications skills
• Strong leadership skills for guidance in training
• Motivated, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
• Dependable with the ability to work at a fast pace
• Local (SF Bay Area)
