PROJECT COORDINATOR working with Physicians & Laboratories – Seeking motivated recent college graduates

Practice Fusion, the fastest growing electronic health record (EHR) community in the county, is looking for an enthusiastic member to join our Project Coordination team. Practice Fusion is a dynamic start-up based in San Francisco and backed by Salesforce.com. We’re working on switching every doctor in the country from paper charts to computerized systems; cutting healthcare costs and saving lives along the way.

POSITION: Junior-level telephone project coordination role, focused on connecting Physicians Practices with major Laboratories and Practice Fusion’s free, web-based, health record system. The position enables Physicians to take advantage of Practice Fusions ability to integrate with major Lab corporations like Quest Diagnostics, Lab Corp, BioReference, etc...

Experience matters less to us than personality. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, personable and professional. This could be a great first job after college and provides ample opportunity for moving into different areas of the business over time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a large pool of Practices that need to get their Practice Fusion account connected with one or all major lab companies we work with
• Proactively call and gather information to complete integration
• Make recommendations on how to improve the process and streamline efficiency
• Write scripts and web content to help inform customers about lab integration
• Provide Reports and detailed progress updates
• Use SalesForce to track and gather information about each project
• Help out in customer support, QA and Practice Acquisition. We're a start-up... you'll get to do lots of different stuff!

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Friendly and professional on the phone
• Strong organization and communications skills
• Motivated, self-starter with an excellent work ethic
• Dependable with the ability to work at a fast pace
• Local (SF Bay Area)
