A growing telecommunications/convention services company seeks experienced, self-motivated Part-Time Customer Sales & Service Representatives for our San Francisco based operation at the Moscone Convention Center. This team member will receive and process customer orders, respond to customer inquiries/trouble calls, sell value-added services, collect monies due and participate at on-site customer sales and service desks. Our CSSR maintains customer account records and processes customer account adjustments, entering/retrieving information through various computer applications. High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of data networking products/services desired. Good oral and written communications skills, strong telephone customer service experience and willingness to interface with customers/management essential. Able to type 40 wpm. Basic personal computer skills required; computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 10-key preferred.
