**NOTE: Candidates must have either travel or hospitality experience (i.e. hotel, restaurant, etc.), along with a strong track record of customer service experience. Candidates without either travel or hospitality experience will NOT be considered.

Position Summary:
LesConcierges is the leading service provider of integrated travel and concierges services. We are seeking experienced corporate concierges to provide phone service to our client members from our Tele-Center in San Francisco. The Corporate Concierge will focus on providing exceptional, high-touch service assisting customers who call in for; travel arrangements, dining, event planning, research, personal services and beyond. The ideal candidate embraces change, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience providing high level customer service by phone.

Primary Responsibilities:
Primary delivery channel by phone, and also; email, and web requests, to meet or exceed client objectives of utilization, brand recognition, and customer loyalty.
Researches, recommends, and fulfills on customer requirements.
Provide Program Benefit Support, delivering on the client value proposition; process redemptions and statement credits.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience within a call center environment.
• Some hospitality or travel experience required (but not necessarily within a call center environment).
• Flexiblity with regards to work schedule – you must be willing to start your shift at either 6 am or in the afternoon, and work at least one weekend day per week.
• Ability to seamlessly handle multiple requests via incoming phone calls.
• Possess an exemplary positive attitude; is passionate about offering unparalleled customer service and excels in maintaining excellent associate relations
• Excellent phone manner and written communication style.
• Proficient in MS Office, email applications, and Internet browsers
• Excellent organizational skills

Additional Desired Skills:
• Multi-lingual is a plus.
