  Position Description

 

As the AuPairCare Intern you will be responsible for assisting the Partner Services team with the English screening process of our au pair candidates. This position is responsible for speaking to au pairs applying to the program and verifying they speak English conversationally. In this role, you will play a key support role to the Partner Services Team in qualifying au pairs for the program.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Calling au pairs overseas to ensure their English speaking ability is at a conversational level
  • Interviewing applicants for a separate, specialized training program
  • Setting correct program expectations
  • Reviewing and scanning of applications
  • Using AuPairCare’s customized database and working directly with the Partner Services Team to ensure au pairs are being provided with the most efficient customer service
  • Product profile creation: Using database to summarize and create au pair sell lines for website
  • Administrative jobs as required (includes photocopying, filing, research, data entry)

 

 

Schedule: 16 - 20 hours per week. Work days negotiable. This is a 3 month minimum commitment.

 

Compensation: This is a non-paid internship
