Our firm is submitting a proposal in response to an RFP issued by the City and County of San Francisco for public opinion research services for its Street and Sidewalk Perception Study (MRFP#CON2009-6A). We are seeking proposals and bids from firms certified by the City’s Human Rights Commission as Local Business Enterprises (LBEs) to carry out the printing and mailing of our survey questionnaires.

This survey would consist of 5,000 pieces, each printed on a 17” x 11” sheet of paper folded in half to make a booklet of four 8.5” x 11” sides. This would be printed in black and white on colored paper. These surveys would be mailed in a large envelope along with pre-printed, pre-addressed return envelopes and a one-sheet cover letter.
