i'm looking to hire a programmer/coder who is experienced enough to build a micro-blogging site similar to twitter and facebook.

the functionality includes:
signing up
registering
uploading files
connecting with friends
posting status updates
logging in, logging out
etc.

basically everything you need to have for a social networking site.

please include a rough estimate of the cost it would take to put this together in a 3 to 4 month time period.

and a resume.
