Tuesdays & Thursdays - 4-5:30pm - Aceituno Arts Cooperative - Dontation -based/Open Level - 2nd fl. parking in back.
Wednesdays - 5:30-7pm - Aceituno Arts Cooperative - $12/class; $50/5 class pass (alternating with Jason Hoffman) - Intermediate/Mixed Level
Fridays - 4-5:30pm - Old St. Mary's - Back of the bookstore - Donation-based/Mixed Level
Sundays (starting Nov 29th) - 5-6:30pm - Aceituno Arts Cooperative - Intermediate/Mixed Level - $12/class; $50/5 class pass
You will need to bring your own mat and any props.

I'm a certified Integral Yoga Hatha teacher with an extensive background in Ashtanga Yoga. The classes I teach aim to guide you to your deepest practice while maintaining focus and inner awareness on ease and relaxation. I incorporate the healing and spiritual aspects of yoga with the physical experience to offer an integrated practice, utilizing pranayama and meditation. The practice becomes a mirror of life and vice-versa. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged.
