We are an educational training company looking for an experienced Office Manager to supervise and develop our customer service team and to expertly manage the office daily activities.
The Office Manager works closely with other department heads and is exposed to all elements of a growing business. We're a fast paced company, so we're looking for someone who is a quick learner, fast thinker and has strong people and project management skills. The position offers tremendous variety and presents the opportunity to make a real impact on the bottom line.
We don't see outside clients in the office, so staff are able to wear t-shirts, jeans, and other casual attire to work. But, don't confuse office attire with a lax attitude. We are highly driven professionals who thrive on perfection, efficiency, and getting the job done.

Office Manager responsibilities include the following:
• Manage and develop at least 4 customer service staff
• Lead team meetings, communicate updates, deadlines and logistics to staff
• Handle escalated customer service matters
• Responsible for the office facility's day-to-day operations
• Keep entire office organized, clean, and running efficiently
• Manage and improve user and client experience
• Inventory management
• Client billing
• Learn, interpret, analyze and use our complex proprietary software system
• Invoicing, ordering and purchasing
• Receptionist duties -- answer phones, check voicemails, relay messages
• Accurately maintain and archive files
• Stock office supplies and maintain office equipment
• Sort, file, and distribute mail, faxes, and e-mail
• Prepare outgoing mail
• Handle confidential and non-routine information
• Administer Company Health Plan, PTO totals and act as HR liaison
• Process incoming/outgoing deliveries such as DHL, Faxes, FedEx, Messenger, UPS, US Mail, etc.
• Research projects
Regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM through 6:00 PM with a 1 hour lunch. Please submit a cover letter and resume.
