Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generation, preparation, filing, tracking and reporting of contracts and relevant attachments, including master services agreements,
study contracts, change orders and confidentiality agreements.
• Reconcile budgets for projects.
• Assist with the preparation of client proposals.
• Assist or lead on other projects as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
----------------------------------------------
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience plus two to three years of experience in contracting or project administration required.
• Superior verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver information effectively and concisely.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to successfully handle multiple competing priorities in an extremely fast-paced work environment with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new skills, procedures and approaches.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, providing back-up support to team members & establishing/maintaining effective work
relationships with co-workers within and across functional areas.
• Previously demonstrated proactive and positive approach to tasks and projects overall, as well as to the types of scheduling & process changes
that are inherent in a fast-paced business.
