SHIFT MANAGER

We are looking for a seasoned service oriented candidate to fill the role of ground transportation shift manager for the Curbside Management Program at SFO.
Must be able to work day / swing / weekends
The Successful Candidate must have:
Prior management and some labor relations experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a service oriented operations environment
Demonstrated ability and experience to successfully interact with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds
A valid California drivers license
Experience in transportation or a related field
A college degree from a 2-year or a 4-year institution preferred
The Successful Candidate will:
Direct all activities associated with Taxi, Van and Limo operators and assigned employees during a specified shift assignment
Coordinate employee schedules and assignment of work and ensures compliance to all operational requirements as set forth by RFP and the contract with SFO
Ensure professional employee performance and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
Act as a liaison to service providers
Provide input to help resolve employee grievances and customer service related complaints
Excel in a team environment to ensure optimal results and performance
This is a FT / Exempt management position

Salary - $38,000 $44,000
