We are in search of a great billing supervisor for our healthcare organization. Experience in the healthcare industry is required. This is a permanent job. Here is what we need.
Skills Required:
College degree from an accredited program and/or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Excellent knowledge of the manage care/health care industry.
Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in related setting with six (6) or more staff.
Proficient in computer systems (Access, Excel, and Word), IDX a plus.
Highly organized, detail oriented and an expert with the departmental standard operating procedures.
Ability to work in a team environment and manage direct reports.
Solid written and verbal communication skills required.
Ability to interact with others on all levels both internally and externally.
Ability to lead projects and prioritize duties required.
