Resort in Northern California is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team. Must have a minimum of 5 years of resort controller or assistant controller experience and a minimum of 10 years general accounting experience, in addition to an applicable degree (accounting, business, hospitality management). Graduate degree in accounting is a plus but not required. Must be highly proficient in hotel accounting systems and processes as well as MS Office applications. Golf, Spa and Retail experience desired.
This is an Executive Committee-level position requiring strong communication and team-building skills. This position will interact with guests and all level of associate.
