Intention
Put in marketing strategies and administration that make sense and supports coaching business and book writing/publishing.
Get one book which is already written, edited and published by the end of December 2009
Get other book ideas to written stage within X months and published in Y months
Rough description
I am looking for an intellectual, smart, marketing savvy person who listens keenly
for the creative and business confluence of intentions pertaining to book writing and the
business coaching industry. This person must be very accountable: High Reliability in
keeping and managing promises.
Day to day: Strategy and execution: possible tasks include
. Marketing on social sites for the coaching business and the books
. Editing for the books
. Strategy and Brainstorming
. Administrative Tasks
. There could be other tasks added as we go along
Qualifications
. High reliability in keeping and managing promises
. Prefer local person in Santa Cruz area (this is not a requirement - it will make it easier)
. Book writing and editing experience would be great to have: especially editing: Good grasp of editing and spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc.
. Great computer skills: Basic PC editing tools, Excel, Social media: Facebook, LinkedIn
. Must have a good working ethic and very keen listener and good humor
. Experience in transformational programs a plus: e.g. Landmark (not required): Disposition is more important than attendance at seminars :-)
. Someone who is much more committed to the process and integrity than just mere survival
