Are you an experienced Flash developer? Compass Rose Media is looking for experienced, talented and versatile Flash Developers. We specialize in content creation for web, video, and interactive media. We are a fun, creative team dedicated to producing high-impact media, with studios in Santa Cruz, CA and Portland, OR.

Who are we looking for?

You have at least 5 years experience designing and programming Flash-based multimedia in a variety of formats for real clients. You are a Flash ninja and a design visionary. You are an Actionscript 3 expert. You are not intimidated by video, and have experience incorporating video footage or 3D animation into your work. You can’t imagine going through an entire day without working in Photoshop. You can drive a project from concept to completion. Your work is bulletproof, flexible, and cross-platform. You thrive on technical challenges. You know the ins and outs of web development. You know how to pull data from XML files and databases. You’re experienced with technologies like CSS, PHP, and Javascript. You are meticulous, thorough, and calm under fire. You are organized, down to earth, and have great client communication skills.

Adobe Flex/AIR experience is a definite plus.
