1946 Glider Trailer, all original inside and out. This trailer was bought new back in Chicago in 1946 and towed by a 1941 Dodge sedan to Hemet California where it's been all this time. The elderly couple parked this trailer beneath a carport where it sat. The couple only lived in this trailer for about 11 months while their home was being built next door. This trailer has been stored since the late 1940's. The interior is in excellent, original condition with beautiful wood interior accents and all the appliances, plumbing, and electrical are in great working condition. The trailer also comes with all the original brochures for all the appliances. It is currently registered and still has the original title. The trailer is 25ft long x 8ft w x 8ft high. The exterior is dent free, the trailer needs a good cleaning in the inside and a good polishing or painting for the exterior.

The engine starts and runs well,but vehicle needs some mechanical work to be roadworthy(notably brakes bled and some front end work).It's registered to 9/09 and is smog exempt(no smog tests,cert.s,etc.EVER!) This is a custom fabricated heavy duty bike hauler I had build for my Tiago E 450 Ford motor home. This cost me over $1000 to build. It slides into the center hitch receiver and two others we added to the frame rails. You pull 3 pins and slide it on or off. Its powder coated gloss black, has plenty of tie down rings, and will carry any full size street bike. Should fit any E 450 Ford chassis RVs ,Vans or Trucks, but some fabrication will be needed , such as adding two more slide in receiver tubes to your frame. Center rear tube also has ball mount pin hole and safely chain loops, so you can tow a boat or other trailer with the bike on the back at the same time. This thing is plenty strong to do so. Serious Offers and Ideas Are Considered!!!

I am the third owner of this toy hauler, I puchased it from a family in San Diego who used it for a 2 trips during the first year. I�ve owned it for two years and have used it 5 times. I live in Santa Cruz and the trips were to Glamis twice, and Oregon Dunes 3 times.

I have multiple upgrades and modification that I believe you will enjoy and appreciate.

1) Removed stock dinnet & couch (cheap stuff anyways) replaced with IKEA tables and chairs. I put the couch outside during one of the trips and it got distroyed, so I just haven�t replaced it again. I have multiple pictures with the different setting that can be used in the cargo area of the trailer.

2)Removed the stock water heater and tank, replaced with on-demand hot water heater as you can see in the pictures. It can easily be stored in the same area as the stock tank, and just pull it out and hang it when you want to use it.

3)Removed the stock 2 car batteries, and modified the brackets to hold the 500CCA 12Volt deep cell, semi-truck batteries. This battery is awsome!!!

4)External stock speakers blew out on the first trip, so I installed RCA jacks which hang from them to allow the Sony box speakers to be placed on the ground to allow for external music.

5)Am/FM/CD radio which it came stock with is upgraded to a higher quality deck with head phone input jack for use with IPOD or MP3 players etc�.. It also has the ability to be used with a remote, but I�m not sure if I still have it sitting around on not.

6) Hensley Arrow Hitch! This is a big big BIG bonus to this trailer, I have the links to this units information so that you can look this thing over. I highly recommend it, but if you don�t see fit to use this system, then I�ll be happy to sell it seperatly. I�ll remove $1000.00 from the price for this unit, but remember I do not have a weight distribution system to place back on this trailer so you will want to puchase or bring you own. 7)My wife and I after the second trip go tired of walking on the floor and stepping on small rocks etc� so we had wall to wall rugs installed in the camping end of the trailer. The cargo area is the same color and material, but not attached so it can be rolled up and set aside to allow for the cargo be tied down with 12 in floor tied down loops.

8)Extra light installed under the bottom rear bunk bed. This light allows for good lighting during a lunch or evening in while playing games, or sitting around the table.

9)DVD Installed where the original TV was sitting. Wired to TV in the Bed Room, and wired to the TV mounted near the end of the hanging cabnets. The TV at the end of the cabnets is wired as a HD tv, so HD DVD look awsome on this screen. Both screens are the same.

10)Stock mattress in front has been replaced the 14" Memory foam mattress purchased at Costco a year ago. I still have the original mattress, so both are yours!
