Do you know what a DFT floor plan is? The DFT is Monaco's most popular newer layout. Monaco took the industry's typical 'down the middle' walkway layout and turned the coach into what resembles a high-end hotel suite. The change created a huge open living space in the main area and moved the hallway to right side to allow for a larger bathroom and access to the master BR without passing through the bathroom. Very functional and perfect for families needing access constantly.

The other benefit was removing the old "bouncing TV" above the driver by allowing space for a large HD flat screen TV mid-coach in a cherry wood cabinet making it feel much more like home or living room. This gives you unbelievable viewing space through the seamless, panoramic front window. Also the kitchen is forward with the linoleum to the entry door so you are not crossing carpet every trip in and out. Very nice.

We have pampered this coach since new (original owner) and it has several key upgrades as well as factory amenities including Cherry cabinets, four door "homestyle" refrigerator, ice maker, central air conditioning, central vacuum system and much more.

Upgrades include a home theater sound system, R5 Tracvision In-Motion satellite system (DISH or DIRECTV), washer and dryer, GPS/Nav ready with external antenna and other gizmos.

Coach is in brand new condition and comes with many RV accessories. It is a great layout for larger families and sleeps 6 adults + one youth (yes 6!) by utilizing the massive space for a queen aero bed in the living area while still leaving morning walk-around space. This is a family vacation coach we used for a few longer road traveling vacations a year (used 8-10 times total). No live-aboards ever and completely non-smoking.
