We are a small IT firm with two locations and we are looking for a new receptionist. Our current receptionist is leaving, but is willing to train our new hire.
This is a part time job and will have a short contact. If you do an amazing job, we will be able to extend your contract for a longer period.
The skills required for this job are:
*great people skills
*excellent work ethic
*the ability to use a Windows=based computer
*basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
*basic knowledge of Quickbooks (we are willing to train the right person on this one)
*basic knowledge of how to use a Blackberry
*10-12 hours a week in our office in Aptos, and these hours are completely flexible
*the ability to answer (or return within 30 minutes) calls received to a cell phone from 8am to 8pm - this is very important. If you cannot guarantee this, please don't apply for this job.
*honesty, which is also one of the most important skills this job requires.
*the ability to get t-mobile phone calls at your place of residence. Our phones are t-mobile so if you live up in the hills, we'll have to test this out.
