Deburring Operator to deburr, polish, finish, clean and pack high precision and delicate machine components. May also operate CNC manufacturing machinery as needed. Reports to Shop Manager at precision machine shop. This job requires working with your hands on small, delicate metal and plastic parts. Will learn to read drawings and inspect parts with a variety of common shop instruments and microscopes. Must be able to inspect own work and correct as needed to meet specifications. Must be able to follow verbal and written work orders and fully comply with ISO 9001 quality system procedures. Must be willing to work days, nights and/or weekends.
Ideal candidate is competitive, but works well in a team. Needs good manual dexterity and attention to detail in the pursuit of perfection. Must be a good problem solver, a fast learner, well organized, have a can do attitude.
