„« Provide support to the Outside Customer Service Manager with real time information regarding cancellation and customer service requests.
„« Critically interpret contract provisions against company guidelines.
„« Recognize unique requirements and issues that arise in different contract settings.
„« Develop and maintain standard contracts for customers.
„« Handle database maintenance for the central repository of contracts handled by the Outside Customer Service department.
„« Professionally mange relationships with customers including the communication of contract obligations.
„« Identify, communicate, and negotiate points within contract for customers.
„« Develop and maintain mailing programs in collaboration with Marketing department.
„« Liaison between the departments with regards to cancellations and resigns.
„« Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
„« 1 year successful contracts or documentation review role.
„« Self-starter with strong organization skills.
„« Excellent oral and written communication skills a must. Bilingual a plus.
„« Persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
„« Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate to advance skills in MS Excel and Word.
„« Professional presence.
„« Technical/mechanical aptitude a plus.
