MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES<br>

•	Assists students in the admissions process, processes enrollments and maintains enrollment records. <br>
•	Orients students to program organization<br>
•	Assists with the student and graduate documentation needs. Performs routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, providing information to caller, performing record audits for recordkeeping requirements, processing exam materials regarding the clerical aspects, etc. <br>
•	Assist in maintaining inventory and processing incoming/outgoing orders.<br>
•	Assist with student payments, needed collections, and assists students with financial aid applications and processing.<br>

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
•	Supports the organization’s mission, vision and values at all times.  This means holding self accountable for applying these principles when working with management, employees, students, affiliates, vendors and all other business contacts; and conducting self in a manner that reflects credit on Global College of Natural Medicine.<br>
