Ensure the accurate, timely and complete submission of all SEC filings including those on Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, 8-K, and various ’33 Act filings
Manage the relationship with the external auditors
SOX lead for the External Reporting function
Use leadership and depth of experience to continually develop staff
Support the finance organization and management by providing well thought out technical accounting guidiance.
Perform accounting research of technical accounting issues.

Qualifications:

BS degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent) required CPA required
7+ years of relevant experience with large public companies including the proven ability to manage large projects, manage the SEC reporting function and extensive technical accounting experience.
Experience with IFRS a strong plus
Self-motivated individual with the ability to meet project deliverables
An ability to work well within a team structure and effect change cross functionally
Exceptional writing, communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Excellent organizational, management, analytical, decision-making & research skills

issues to be addressed with Sales, Legal.
Preparing technical accounting memorandums to document revenue recognition considerations and determinations and interact with external auditors
regarding these determinations and other revenue accounting issues. Assist on special projects including financial due diligence and acquisition integration
activities related to revenue accounting.
Ensure that internal controls related to revenue and cost of sales are effective, document related processes and perform SOX 404 testing.
Other revenue recognition related accounting activities and analysis may be assigned.

BS, Accounting, CPA with Big 4 exposure, 5-7 years total accounting experience; including 3-5 years experience in revenue recognition at a large public
technology company with proven proficiency in software revenue recognition (SOP 97-2, EITF 03-5, EITF 00-21), or equivalent big four audit experience
focused on technology clients and specifically including revenue recognition audits or reviews.
Strong accounting and analytical skills. Previous experience advising sales leadership and legal partners on revenue recognition impacts of sales agreements
and contracts a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
