We're looking for bright & talented technician with good communication skills seeking long-term, full-time employment.
Position is open for automotive technicians with good technical background with emphasis on strong customer focus,
communication, relation and selling skills. Your role will be about 70% Service Advisor & 30% Automotive Tech.
Full time, part time or contractor base are possible. Compensation based on experience.

Major Responsibilities:
* Greet and interact with customers by phone or in person
* Run the front desk by yourself
* Write up customers, create estimates, order parts, finalize invoices
* Provide customer shuttle service as needed
* Diagnose and coordinate/schedule service and repairs
* Monitor and track progress of services and provide customer updates and estimated completion times
* Up-sell required/recommended services with focus on sales, profitability, customer wants and needs, utilizing excellent customer service
* Estimate required/recommended services ensuring accuracy, profitability with focus on quality, thoroughness, honesty
* Answer and facilitate customer questions and concerns, using expert technical knowledge and professional customer service skills
* Strictly adhere to company policies and Bureau of Automotive Repair and State of California laws
* Adhere to Environmental Protection Agency laws and practices
* Assist in repairs when required
* Remain flexible, anticipate change and create positive outcomes
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Strong Leadership and Customer Service skills
* Strong customer focus, communication, relation and selling skills
* Be punctual and well organized
* Extensive technical experience working on foreign and domestic automobiles
* Have your own tools (diagnostic equipment a plus)
* ASE Certification is a plus (not required)
* 2+ Years of Automotive Customer Service Experience
* Knowledge of Automotive Systems and Parts
* State of CA Drivers License w/ Clean record
Additional traits and abilities:
* PC based computer experience (i.e. Windows, AllData, Identifix)
* Ability to type
* Motivated and highly organized
* Drug and Alcohol Free
* Energetic with a pleasant demeanor
