Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.40

Sears technicians are the best equipped in the industry—you will be provided a work van, fuel, and laptop computer. Typically, our technicians travel directly to their first call from home each morning in one of the newest fleet vehicles in the industry! You will use our computer-generated routing system that enables maximum customer satisfaction.
Description: Provide superior customer service in customer’s homes; diagnose and repair washers & dryers, kitchen appliances; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Previous experience repairing appliances listed above,
Read and interpret schematics, safety rules, and maintenance instructions. Candidates should have excellent customer service and teamwork skills; be able to make independent decisions and have strong organizational skills;
Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record required.
Computer skills necessary.
Comfortable with selling protection agreements and product add-ons!
Background check to include drug test, DMV, and criminal.
