Construction Roofing Superintendent

Requirements

We employ over 700 reconstruction specialists and have been in business for 32 years. We currently have openings for full time for a Construction Roofing Superintendent in our San Jose, Ca office. Schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities. May involve supervising one or more trade groups (electricians, roofing, carpenters, laborers) working in particular roofing construction discipline. May provide supervision for two or more projects.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with budget and gross profit margins. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and direct field staff with usually multiple projects running at the same time. Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented.

Requirements
1]. Min 5 years Roofing experience

2]. Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus

3]. Ca Drivers License (Class C) DMV REQUIRED

4]. Able to follow direction to the letter from Management

5]. Able to write and document Field Reports with 100% accuracy EACH DAY

6]. Able to Manage crews effectively

7]. Able to make sure DCI procedures are followed by crews to the letter on their ongoing jobs

8]. Able to communicate with Vendors and Homeowners onsite clearly and accurately

9]. Wage is negotiable depending on EXPERIENCE
