Highly Skilled Bench Journey Person
•At least 3-5 years experience in all types of skillful mounting techniques (pressure mount; high base curves; sports eyewear; able to handle all types of plastic and metal frames, etc.) and final check out.
•Complete understanding of all facets of finishing operation from computer input, tracing, cutting & edging, mounting.
•Final checkout; able to do the highest quality, thorough and precise inspection of optical quality as well as cosmetic appearance.
•Ability to implement tightly controlled cutting and edging system; zero tolerance.
