Pre Sales Technical Specialist

Our Image Analysis Specialist will provide Advanced Technical Support with extensive experience in advanced imaging. Our Analysis will work in tandem with our sales teams to manage and deliver technical support and solutions. Our Image Analysis Specialist will be a top performing professional with extensive experience and verifiable achievements in pre and post- sales technical and support, sales, installation and training of optical microscopes and other high-end imaging systems. Technical specialist and relationship builder with career-long record of selling ideas and concepts, negotiating and closing deals worth several hundred thousand dollars to hospitals, research centers universities and biotech industry. A collaborative team leader, trainer and team builder producing top performing employees and team. Must be willing to travel.
Desired Experience
Configure customized imaging systems.
Perform customer demonstrations with microscopy, pathology imaging systems, whole slide imaging .
Quote imaging systems and close imaging systems sales.
Install, train, and support new installations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and optical problems.
Attend 5-10 trade shows per year to demonstrate imaging systems.
Attend sales meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Digital Pathology-Image Analysis Experience
Understand image analysis tools

Experience Histology/Pathology applications

Previous Sale experience
Image Analysis background
Medical or Clinical Setting
Reference Laboratory

Science Educational Background
MS or PhD Preferred
40% to 60 % Travel
Immunohistochemistry
Customer Interaction Experience
Customer Services
Knowledge of IHC workflow
Knowledge of CLIA, CAP and GLP guidelines is a plus
