Looking for a laid back 9-5er working/student type to rent our extra room. The room is available now through the end of June.....possibly longer. We would like a renter to stay at least that long if possible but we understand that might not be possible. Let me know up front how long you're looking to rent a room.
The room has internet, small air conditioner, sliding mirrored closet. It currently has a full size bed that you may use if you don't have one. You will have an almost private bathroom directly across from your room. (it's the main bathroom of the house, so once in awhile a guest may have to use it. my son and I will use the bathroom in my room) You may use the washer & dryer and kitchen. The fridge is small, but we have another in the garage if it gets to crowded inside. We have the max amount of pets allowed, so please no pets...... you MUST be pet friendly!!! We use a baby gate so they stay in the back part of the house.... they can't get to your room. (except the cat....just keep your door closed) =)
My son is 13 and thinks he's coolest thing since sliced bread so I'd prefer a young adult (male) that will be a positive influence school and work wise.
I am 420 tolerant as long as you keep it private and away from the kid! No smoking though! Cigarettes make me sick and the landlords don't allow it anyway.
We are not clean freaks! If you are... this is not for you. Yes, there will be dishes in the sink once in awhile and my computer work area is a disaster! I think I'm more unorganized than anything! I am very laid back and casual.
You can come and go as you please. I'd prefer no overnight guest, unless you can sneak them in and out so I don't know about it! lol During the day I'm home most of the time and I work 75% of the time online in the living room....in my pj's. So I prefer this not be a hangout for your buddies or girlfriend/boyfriend. If you work or go to school full time, this will work great! Your privacy will always be respected and I expect the same.

Your rent includes..... water, garbage, internet, & PG&E. at this time the room doesn't have cable, but the internet can access any tv channel I'm sure. And I'm not opposed to you watching the TV in the living room. There's a lot of street parking and if you have a small car it will fit next to my beast in the driveway.
Just a note, we are not looking for an uptight, judge mental little twit. We are very open minded here, and very gay friendly....there are a few in my family. I just want a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. So as long as you pay your rent BY THE 2ND. And can actually afford the rent, this just might work!

Great location, near 85/87 fwy. Light rail, bus stops, great shopping near Oakridge Mall, lots of restaurants
too.
We are right off of Kooser, between Camden & Meridian.

My mom needs to sublease her unit at the Foothill Apartments. Thsi is the best unit in the complex. It is a downstairs end unit, so there wont be any noisy neighbors. The laundry room is immediately next door with a bit of a buffer zone as to not hear the laundry room. It is also the closest unit to the swimming pool and the gym with the office just across the walkway. Don't wory there are bushes trees and lawn areas that separate the unit from these amenities so as to not deal with traffic. It is a very quiet area of the complex. The landlord actualy lives in this area of the complex. The parking lot is right behind the unit with the easiest access. This is the best unit within the complex that my mother was on a waiting list for. She needed it for my disabled father.
