We are currently recruiting for a Program Manager to oversee our client's facility in Mountain View.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Management of all facility operations and procedures
* Hiring, training, supervision of qualified staff
* Development, delivery and evaluation of health promotion, incentive and other specialty programs
* Attainment of short and long term program goals
* Report generation and budget management
* Supervision and monitoring of exercise participants
* Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions and conduct first workouts for diverse populations, including high risk members
* Establish & maintain sound client relations.
* Development of annual strategic plan
* Oversee group exercise program and instruct classes
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS/BA in Exercise Science or a related field (MS/MA preferred)
* Minimum 3 years successful program management experience. Demonstrated success with integreated health promotion/wellness offerings
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Current CPR & first aid certifications required
* Strong organizational/management and communication skills
* ACSM certification a plus!
* Group Exercise skills are strongly desired.
