We are looking for a motivated self-starter that can work with the team to deliver outstanding customer service. Candidate will work closely with engineers to support customers and help them troubleshoot problems in a mixed Korean and US Windows environment.
Skills/Experience:
- Must be fluent in both oral and written technical communication in both Korean and English.
- Must be well organized and able to manage multiple issues in a complex fast paced environment.
- Must be willing to dedicate themselves to learning the product.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering support or related field.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in a structured programming language.
