Small, fun and motivated staffing agency is in need of a Recruiter and Account Manager. We specialize in technical placements in the embedded and software space.
As a Technical Recruiter you should have the following qualities:
- Sense of urgency
- History and experience placing high level engineers
- Agency experience
- Self motivated and desire to run your own desk
- Comfortable with high volume daily phone time
- Basic understanding of technical terms like layers, Linux, Embedded, C++, C, etc.
As an Account Manager you should have the following qualities:
- Desire to make a lot of phone calls
- Previous experience with business development
- Understanding that the more effort you put in the more money you will make
- Highly self motivated
- Comfortable meeting with 2-3 clients per week outside of the office
- Ability to talk technical jargon at a top level to hiring managers
- Comfortable working with management level employees at companies
Both positions are permanent positions with salary plus commission and benefits.
