Richter & Associates is an experienced property assessment specialist firm consisting of appraisers, CPA, consultants and a tax attorney. We have been in business for 20 years and we have extensive experience in this particular area of expertise.
We provide our sales reps with QUALIFIED LEADS that consist of information on property owners that would benefit greatly from a property tax reduction. We are looking for field reps to visit the property and collect important information on the way to making contact with the decision maker or owner. Once you have the attention of that individual we need you to clearly explain why we are the best answer to their over-assessed situation.
The average potential commission is over $ 2,500 to you. We provide sales packages that contain 10 to 15 leads per week and we expect you can close one to three properties per week. At this rate, you have the potential of making $25,000 every 5 to 9 weeks. We require you to close a minimum of four deals per month. Selling a no upfront fee, no risk service with great potential tax savings to potential customers is an easy sale. Finding the decision maker is the most time consuming part of the process that requires persistence and organization. You will learn to find your own leads and referrals within this framework as well.
We are building a select professional team with just a few openings for the right people. Real Estate background is a plus! Must be able to start immediately, have reliable car, insurance and excellent presentation skills. Also you must be able to wait for your commission when we get paid from the client. (since we charge no upfront fees – we too are working towards the huge windfall). This is a 30 to 120 day process. And it's worth the wait!!! This program has been very lucrative in the past and we are just at the cusp of this season and have found virtually little or no competition.
