Position: NxRev Inc. (www.nxrev.com) a rapidly growing product development solutions company has an opening for an Inside Sales Representative. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated and possess determination. You must be able to work independently as well as with a team and have the ability to build strong customer relationships on the phone and in person. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years experience, preferably B2B. This candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and a professional demeanor. This Inside Sales Representative opportunity is the road map to a possible Outside Sales role. 


Responsibilities
This role will be an integral part of the team that sells PTC's Product Development Solutions responsible for the following: 

Prospecting: Responsible for developing and executing strategies to create new business relationships including cold calling, market research, event planning, and lead generation. 250+ calls / weeks expected in order to achieve goals. 

Sales: Responsible for planning, developing, and executing sales account strategies including cultivating relationships, setting and attending meetings, customer presentations/demos, and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly quota. Administration: Responsible for sales associated administrative tasks including contact management, quoting, generating proposals, processing orders, and collecting customer purchase orders. 

Foster Relationships: Responsible for managing and ensuring the success of NxRev customers including ongoing account management, customer satisfaction, and account maintenance. 

Activity Requirement: 40-60 calls per day to help drive your outside rep to 10-15 booked meetings per week are the minimum requirements in order to achieve goals.
Skills
A self-starter with attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and sell. 

Previous B2B sales experience preferred with an assertive “go get business” mindset and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organization, computer and time-management skills. 
4 Year College Degree with 2-4 years high-tech Sales experience preferred.
