POSITION SUMMARY: Seeking dynamic, driven professional to lead business & account development efforts with high-opportunity new channels for Serious Materials products.

Key Skills / Requirements:
- A passion for making a positive impact on the world
- Experience (>5 years) in business development, account development, and/or channel management for a company with a product of reasonable complexity (tech, biotech, materials, etc)
- Exceptional relationship-development skills
- Strong quantitative skills
- Attention to detail, comfort with detail and complexity
- Hands-on nature. Willingness to dive in and get your hands dirty in order to see projects come together
- Creativity, ability to create new paths
- Dedication
- Flexibility
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to travel
Responsibilities include:
- Develop new partner prospects from earliest stages
- Manage portfolio of existing partner relationships & programs such that they drive dramatic revenue growth for Serious Materials
- Develop creative business solutions that create new revenue streams for the organization
- Promote innovation and breakthrough thinking in strategic partnership approaches and practices
- Work with a broad range of colleagues and internal departments to successfully build up new channels
- Evolve into new challenges as partnerships scale and bring new opportunities and challenges for the business
