I'm sorry to change the date 'cause my boss just changed the schedule to 7th, Dec....so it seems that I can post an ad before that date because now I'm afraid my boss would change the schedule again...And I'm now in China so I can't check the rooms personally.
It's almost one month time from now and things are changing rapidly, so I will ask for housing then. Sorry to bring you this trouble...
I'm a 23 years old single male, will be working in Milpitas for one month. Starting from 7th, Dec., might be two weeks longer. So I'm
looking for neighborhood in Milpitas or San Jose, San Clara.
things I need: a room with BED, an assigned covered parking spot, wireless or cable internet, kitchen to cook, fridge, private bathroom, washing machine.
place near gym, swimming pool, billiard, supermarket, park, library or a nice coffee room or bar is a plus.
I'm a quiet, clean, easy going person, normally I will just stay in my room surfuring on internet.
I work normal hours from Monday to Friday.
don't smoke, no pets, social drink, no drugs, no parties. I hope same thing goes with my roomie, well, some parties are welcome :)
I might have one or two visitors on weekends since I have some old classmates studying in nearby universities, but we will keep quiet.
I'm paying up to $900 for a room and with all the utilities please don't exceed 1000.
