RESPONSIBILITIES/ DUTIES:
Assists visitors, vendors and customers through the admittance process.
Screens visitors, vendors and customers efficiently to expedite admittance into the facility
Provides an atmosphere in which all associates, customers and visitors know that the company responds to, and cares about their needs.
Communicates in a manner that is open, honest, and responsive in all situations.
Provides pleasant interaction with associates, customers and visitors.
Provides information as requested by visitors and/or customers regarding facility tours assigned, checking for unlocked doors, unsafe conditions, security violations, fire hazards and mechanical
Log conditions found during site patrols according to appropriate reporting format.
Observes and reports any suspicious activity to appropriate security/management representative
Assures that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements
Enforces regulations designed to prevent breaches of security
Exercises judgment and uses discretion when dealing with the emergencies and security violations
Control Room/CCTV experience in hi-tech environment required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
U.S. citizen
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid CA Guard Card required
2 years previous Security experience, Military or Law enforcement background highly preferred
Control center experience a plus
Prior customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to pass a background check, personality assessment and drug screen
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance

The Security Analyst plays a pivotal role in the client Security Operations Center in providing an operational responsibility of monitoring security systems, conducting global threat intelligence gathering and analysis of threats, providing emergency support to client sites globally, and providing crisis escalations information to the Duty Officer (Supervisor) when required.
